Every piece is made-to-order, wich means I only create a garment when you order. This takes about 5-7 workdays to make. This is excluding the shipping time which vary depends on where you live.

I have a size guide with the measurments and also my own measurments and what size I use. You can also message me at eloora.handmade@gmail.com if you need advice! Also note that every piece of clothing can be personalized (length, waist, bust etc)!

Only if I can get a hold of more fabric. Every piece of clothing is limited and sometimes the fabric is sold out at the manufacturer. But if a product is highly requested I will probably restock it but with another fabric.

I have a 14 days return policy on original items, but please have in mind I am a made-to-order brand which means I only make the clothes when I get an order. I kindly ask you to only place an order if you're sure you'll love and keep the item. If you're unsure about sizing, I'm here to help you with guidance. You can send me a message at the Contact form or Instagram @eloora.handmade. If the size isn't as expected, you can also send the item back for adjustments. If so, please contact me whitin 7 days after recieving your package. Personalized items cannot be returned. You can read the full return policy at the top menu.
