Return/refund policy

Please keep in mind that I am a made-to-order brand, which means I only create garments once an order is placed. I kindly ask that you only place an order if you're sure you'll love and keep the item. If you're unsure about sizing, I'm here to help and guide you. You can send me a message through the contact form or on Instagram @Eloora.handmade. If the size isn’t as expected, you're welcome to send the item back for smaller adjustments. If so, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package.

If you really wish to make a return, I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please ensure the item is in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You may reuse the original packaging if you wish. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. I'm happy to help!

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
I will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
